Order Processing Details

FAQ's

  1. PayPal is our chosen online Payment Gateway. All online orders through our online shop will be processed via PayPal.
  2. A valid shipping address will be needed. We may not be able to ship to a PO Box.
  3. Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days.  During peak shipping times, it may take an additional 1-2 days before orders are prepared for shipping.
  4. All rods are tested before leaving our facility and carefully packaged in rigid cardboard tubes to prevent breakage. Unfortunately breakage in transit may happen. Please review your products once received and notify customer service if you experience problems with your order.
  5. All rods must be registered within 30 days of purchase to be valid for warranty coverage or coverage in our accidental breakage program.

Shipping Details

FAQ's

  1. Two Brothers Innovations offers shipping to the continental US and Canada.
  2. All orders to Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Illinois shoppers are shipped via SpeeDee. In order to obtain a SpeeDee tracking code, please email customer service once your order has been marked as shipped.
  3. All orders shipping to states outside the SpeeDee region are shipped via FedEx. Tracking codes can be requested from our customer service department.
  4. Shipping rods longer than 8' fall under freight rules and therefore carry an additional shipping cost. In order to purchase a fishing rod longer than 8 feet, please contact customer service for an accurate shipping quote.
  5. Orders to Canada require additional costs, if you are ordering an ice rod bag or purchasing more than two fishing rods in an order, please contact customer service so we can help you find the most economical shipping method and provide a shipping estimate prior to ordering.
