The Elliott EC72M-MF is perfectly balanced in hand and extremely light weight which equals more accurate casts, greater sensitivity, and better results through superior performance. Designed for lighter spinnerbaits, square bill crankbaits, jerk baits, top water lures and bottom bouncing plastics. The moderately fast action puts more fun into average sized fish but doesn’t back down from the bullies either. The Moderate/Fast action also helps keep the hooks from being thrown during frantic headshakes and acrobatics.

Awesome Rod! I just got mine literally the day of my fishing trip right around the July holiday. I had 2 other people with me and was short of trolling rods, and pop this guy on b/c I wasn’t sure what to expect if the Great Lakes trip was going to be a failure. We managed to go 5/5, this rod landed a 15lb King, and a nice 8lb coho. Love the feel, and the sensitivity, has enough backbone for a medium planer board and light snap on weights. Definitely a steal and can’t go wrong! Looking forward to using it a lot more casting. These rods has not disappointed me and adding more and replacing all my old rods!
